Lorry sheds load of deadly TV programmes

Saddam relieves himself at Tupperware Parties

The vehicle shed its load on the A417 at Bromsberrow, north Gloucestershire, spilling the thousands of scripts, videos and early filmed 'rushes' onto a carriageway of the M50. wpeE2.jpg (8951 bytes)Several minor accidents followed as motorists tried to avoid  them. The motorway had to be closed in both directions between junctions 1 and 3.

The accident happened at 10.15 BST on Saturday as the lorry crossed the bridge over the M50 close to junction 2. The driver was taking his load from top secret BBC and ITV blast-proof bunkers to Wales, where they were to be disposed of in a what officials would only describe as " a fucking deep hole near to Merthyr Tydfil".

PC Simon Edwards, of Gloucestershire Police said: "It was very foggy earlier and the consequences of this could have been unimaginable. We have take precautionary measures and patrols are driving round the area with loudspeakers warning residents indoors and unplug their video recorders."

"This could have been very nasty had any of the cheap innuendo, poor writing and bad 1970's sitcoms escaped."

Officials would neither confirm nor deny that the load contained amongst other hazardous material,  the remaining archive copies of 'Eldorado', some of Jim Davidson's 'Big night out' scripts, and the entire stock video from the awful sitcom aired in the late 90's 'we love the 70's.

In an effort to relieve the stress of the impending Bush war upon his country, Saddam has been holding a series of Tupperware parties in Baghdad.

"When my testicles are firmly in the hands of those Western Dogs, I find that relaxing with friends and discussing the latest trends in the field of freezer to microwave plastic ware products helps me to focus", he said today.

" A thousand deaths to Bush and his poodle Blair , and have you seen these really neat fridge jugs with my new patented easy pour spouts "?

When pressed as to the whereabouts of his chemical weapon factories Saddam would only discuss the latest expansion plans for his Baghdad kitchenware empire.

In times of attack Saddam, it is  believed takes refuge in a large 5000 litre 'double fresh seal' sandwich tub.
